Once you have discussed the deal, you may submit the deal on a co-broker basis directly from your Filogix to WealthBridge Capital.
How To Submit via Filogix: - Submit under Co-Broker (this allows us to prepare the Borrowers Disclosure)
- Click on Participants (on the left hand side)
- Select the Co-Broker Now Button (located at the bottom of the page on the right hand side)
- Mortgages - click select on the mortgage you are requesting
- Commission - agent enter 50% and new agent enter 50% (actual fee will be determined at time of approval)
- Company Search Criteria - on last name field, type the following name: Wealthbridge Corporation #11283
- Click on the search button
- A list will appear with agents – click select beside the correct agent. (Nedd:Anne)
- Click on the proceed button
