REAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES RELOCATION PLAN
Real Mortgage Associates has entered into an agreement with Mobility Partners Inc., a premiere service relocation company. Mobility Partners is similar to RMA in that their management group and relocation consultants are very experienced in the their field.
Mobility Partners will act as a fulfillment centre for RMA customers that require relocation services including home buying and selling assistance, household goods moving and storage, temporary accommodations and more. Mobility Partners will ensure that the mortgage stays with the RMA consultant that has sent the client. RMA consultants can contact MPI with their client’s service needs by completing and emailing a referral form to MPI or calling MPI toll free at 1- 866-904-2495
Mobility Partners act strictly as a fulfillment centre for relocation services and do not sell their services directly to corporate or individuals clients. Mobility Partners relies on their suppliers/marketing partners to sell their services. Mobility Partners suppliers are single source service suppliers such as movers, mortgage providers, a leading national real estate referral service and temporary accommodation providers. Suppliers are given the opportunity to differentiate themselves from competitors by providing a full relocation service that offers their client some savings and the convenience of one stop shopping. The suppliers have also committed to provide our clients with corporate pricing and other benefits and have been selected because of their reputation in their industry.
RMA and our mortgage consultants will benefit in several ways:
- Mobility Partners will pay RMA marketing and referral fees for our promotion of the services. This will be shared with our consultants based on their sales efforts for this program. The earnings potential is substantial.
- RMA is a supplier to MPI and their national network of service suppliers, meaning we will receive mortgage referrals.
- RMA can differentiate themselves from other mortgage brokers and financial institutions by offering more value to our clients.

Mobility Partners can provide marketing materials for your usage with clients. This includes a generic e-brochure with an outline of the program and contact information to reach Mobility Partners. Mobility Partners is prepared to supply RMA mortgage consultants with their own e-brochure which is modified with your contact information so your client contacts you for more information rather than Mobility Partners. This will enable us to track referrals for payment of marketing fees. You can use the following referral form for referrals to Mobility Partners.
