As we try to comply with all the changes at FSRA we sometimes come across situations that just don’t quite fit in the box. An example of this would Photo ID. FSRA has mandated that we get a copy of Photo ID from our clients. However, there are some instances where Photo ID is just not available. Some clients don’t drive or travel, therefore there is no passport or drivers license available. We also know that Health Cards are not acceptable as Photo ID. This means that you will have to personally view the ID, write down the details of the ID and sign and date the form.

So, where Photo ID is not available, please print off this form and complete it when you meet with the clients to sign all the other documents required for the mortgage.
